About Me
Having spent the past 19 years in education and 12 years as an educational leader, I am committed to supporting educators in meeting the needs of every student, every day at every opportunity! I have served as principal, assistant principal, K-12 supervisor of mathematics and business, 6-12 supervisor of STEM, mathematics coach/consultant, and mathematics teacher in school districts in New Jersey and Michigan. My work and interests are centered around championing for all students, social-emotional learning, building a positive climate and culture, supporting the mental health and well-being of students and staff, best practices in educational leadership, and mathematics teaching and learning. I serve on the Executive Board of NJASCD as President-Elect, an organization dedicated to whole child education and am a past co-director of NJASCD North. I was one of 46 educators in the world to be named an ASCD Emerging Leader in 2017. I serve as a Core Advocate with Student Achievement Partners and was selected to serve on the Standards Review Committee with the New Jersey Department of Education in 2016, 2022, and 2024. I live in New Jersey with my husband and two children.
